General AATPA Terms & Conditions for Run-Hawaii Inclusive Packages

We, AATPA Inc. & "Run-Hawaii" are travel and lodging providers for guests attending the
Maui Oceanfront Marathon. We work in tandum with the Maui Oceanfront Marathon
but we are NOT directly involved with the marathon or its management.

Deposits:

* A $200.00 per room deposit is required to hold inclusive room packages at time of booking
* This deposit guarantees room category, package inclusions, and price.
* Final payment is due by Nov 10th, 2017.
* Custom packages may incur larger deposit request

Cancellations While Under Deposit:

* After deposit is made and before Nov 10th, 2017
. . . Deposit is refundable up to Nov 10th, 2017 less $100 cancel fee
* After deposit is made and after Nov 10th, 2017
. . . Deposit becomes nonrefundable after Nov 10th, 2017

Cancellations After Final Payment:

* After final payment is received and if then then canceled before Nov 10th, 2017
. . . Package is fully refundable up to Nov 10th, 2017 less $100 cancel fee
* After final payment is received and if then canceled after Nov 10th, 2017
. . . A package canceled from 11/10/17 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs $200 cancel penalty
. . . A package canceled from 7 to 4 days prior to arrival incurs 50% cancel penalty
. . . A package canceled from 3 to 0 days prior to arrival incurs 100% cancel penalty (non-refundable)

* No shows are non-refundable
* No adjustment can be made
for early departures .
* Late arrivals are not refundable for missed night(s) stay or missed events and no adjustment

We recommend the purchase of travel protection insurance to protect against loss due to flight delays,
flight cancellations, and personal emergencies.

Change of Room Category
- If you upgrade your room category there is no change fee, just pay the difference in room price.
- If you downgrade your room to lower priced category before Nov 10, 2017 the difference is refunded/credited.
- If you downgrade your room to lower priced category after Nov 10, 2017 the difference is non-refundable.

Name Changes & Date Changes:
* Name changes are OK up to 7 days before arrival without penalty.
- Under 7 days, $50 per room per change
* Date changes are OK up to 7 days before original arrival date without penalty.
- Under 7 days, $50 per room per change
- Date change is subject availability and room price category for new dates.
